Duy Vu Duc
Duy Vu Duc is a young aspiring musician who lives in Berlin.
He became known worldwide
through his participation in the talent show The Voice Kids Germany in 2015.
He wowed the jury and the audience with his rocking interpretation of the song "Let it
go" (Idina Menzel) and with his performance of "Bring Me to Life"
(Evanescence) he caused quite a stir.
Duy is a singer/songwriter who has put his heart and soul into pop music.
At the age of 8 he took drum lessons and played with his big brother
in a band. Singing and guitar lessons were added later. Duy studied as
Young student at the University of Music and Theater in Rostock singing, where he
continued to refine his singing skills.
His musical influences include musicians like Ed Sheeran and John Mayer.
The special thing about Duy is his unique warm and bright voice, for which he always
gets compliments from the audience again as well as the natural way he
conveys his feelings to them during a performance.
He appears frequently at public places and surprises pedestrians with his music. Equipped
with his trademark, a Martin brand acoustic guitar, as well as a microphone and
an red amplifier, he brightens up the mood of the passers-by from young to old for a
moment.
Duy's dream is to one day play on the big stages and share his music and messages with
people from all over the world.
